and filling out the contact form.<\/p>\n<h3>Processed data<\/h3>\n<p>The data processed are those entered in the contact form or identifying data such as first name and surname and contact information such as telephone number and personal email address. The data collected are only those strictly necessary for fulfilling requirements, the data controller abides by the data minimisation principle enshrined in art. 5 of the European Regulation.<\/p>\n<p>The data provided will be processed by the Data Controller in order to recontact the user as per the request made to the Data Controller.<\/p>\n<h3>Purpose of data processing<\/h3>\n<p>The personal data entered in the contact form, sent voluntarily by the user, will be used to handle the requests submitted by the user or in order to make contact as requested by the form. The IT systems involved in this process require the use of an e-mail system configured to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information.<\/p>\n<h3>Nature of provision and legal basis of processing<\/h3>\n<p>Data provision is mandatory to meet the user&#8217;s request, while the legal basis for processing is set out in art. 6(b) of Reg. EU 679\/2016, adoption of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.<\/p>\n<h3>Processing methods<\/h3>\n<p>Data are processed via IT procedures or in any case electronic media and hard copies by internal or external subjects specifically appointed and authorised to do so, pledging to keep data confidential.
